happy 2007!
well looks like the new year has rolled on in and we are already half way through january. i guess better late than never. a quick recap of the holiday...
christmas was drawn out over a few days - making sure we were with both sides of the family. we celebrated xmas with my immediate family friday night, xmas eve with c's family and xmas day with my mom's side of the family. tiring. it was a little rough on the boy - staying out late, being around so many people. he never wanted to nap because there were so many people around. plus the late night rides back home...guh. new years came and went. i had the boy in bed while c and i struggled to stay awake flippin' back channels. we made it past midnight...barely.
and now...here i am finally making my first post of the year. i decided not to make any new years resolutions because i always end up breaking them - then i feel like a big loser, so no more!
a few weeks ago my oldest sister celebrated her 25th wedding anniversary. schmoly. 25 years! i am so happy for her! not only did she make her own dress, but she made mostly all the fits for her wedding party! here she is with my parents and her kids and her granddaughter! :D she's crafty! congrats manang ei!
we had an afternoon cruising the sf bay. it was chilly (being january and all), but clear skies throughout. it was beautiful!
my sister wasn't the only one celebrating her anniversary...me and c celebrated too! it's been two years! on our actually anniversary we stayed low key and ordered some japanese take out and popped in a movie. here's to another year c! :D
