it's hard to get back into the swing of blogging. i SO want to blog regularly, but i SO have little time to craft. lazy? maybe. tired? always. but life is good. i ain't gonna complain. noah will be 14 mos. soon and he's babbling a lot more. his favorite word is "cah" - which he uses for car, train, boat, airplane, motorcycles - anything that moves. here we are at the sf zoo playing with the goats. he looks a little scared but he really had a good time!

noah LOVED this ride. A LOT. he cried when he got off almost all the way to the car!

not the greatest picture, but it's a skirt i made a few months ago. the pattern is from sew u by wendy mullin. it's a simple skirt with a lining and some biased tape along the waist. it wasn't too hard (being that there were only 2 pieces, well, 4 including the front and back for the lining), but it took me forever to finish. i don't have a good picture with me wearing the skirt - i'll have to get c to help me out with that. you can't really tell from the picture, but i really like it and it fits pretty good! next project - pajama pants. i need to make another trip to the fabric store.
